The Mother Duck Signature Centre is a special building due to the healthy design incorporated into its function. With passive cooling and the majority of the power usage running from the roof-based solar system, the Mother Duck Signature Centre is a building that works well in the Queensland environment, and is economical to run. The building consists of a basement level. And a main education level based around a large deck with airport doors as an external wall opening to allow seamless flow from inside to the outside play area.
