We were thrilled to be awarded the opportunity to deliver the new Windsor Campus for Arethusa College—a milestone project that skillfully marries contemporary building innovation with respectful heritage restoration.

Built Against a Stunning Natural Backdrop Set beneath the iconic cliffs of the old Windsor Quarry, the campus unfolds as a thoughtfully designed education space that balances cutting-edge technology with contextual sensitivity.

Innovative & Adaptive Design

Heritage Restoration with Purpose Central to the project was the careful restoration and adaptive reuse of a prominent historic Energex Sub Station. Protective works were undertaken to preserve its integrity and ensure its enduring visual presence within the campus—a seamless blend of past and present.
