Key Engineering Challenge & Solution The original car park was never designed to be weatherproof—a critical obstacle given its new showroom function. Armstrong addressed this by:

• Designing and installing strategic flashing systems to divert rainfall.
• Applying trafficable waterproofing membranes across the top car park deck to seal against water ingress while maintaining load-bearing usability.
