The Toowong Kia Showroom was constructed making use of an existing open car park structure. It involved a small extension out the front to create additional space. The largest hurdles in this project was making a structure, which was not designed to be water proof, to be able to keep the weather out. This result was achieved through implementing a series of flashings and trafficable waterproofing membranes on the top car park deck.
