The Hillbrook Anglican Year 7 Building was required for the transition of year 7 into High School. With a lack of suitable classrooms, the decision was made to remove an existing building and construct a new purpose-built Year 7 Precinct with classrooms, bathrooms, outdoor areas, landscaping and a water feature. The large new project was married into another existing classroom to provide seamless transition through different parts of the school. Due to the shared access area for both construction vehicles and parent drop off carful traffic management planning was in place. Another late addition to this project was the need for a fire booster pump setup required for QFRS Certification. This addition was something we were able to guide the clients through, and avoid delays to the opening date.
