The New Office building at Sherwood Road in Toowong was a design and construct project. We removed the existing house and built a new two story, high quality office building designed for multiple tenants and layouts. The external design was established to blend together this building and the surrounding parts of Toowong creating a new hub, and making use of the high foot traffic in the immediate area.
