The St Johns Forest Lake Auditorium project involved the creation of a tiered seating area within an existing performing art complex. The work was done using a combination of bored piers, structural steel, and structural carpentry. Carried out over school holidays with a extremely tight time line, the new area was handed over in plenty of time for the scheduled opening. The underside of the stairs were made into music practice and store rooms.
