Scope of Works

• Formation of a structurally engineered tiered seating system using:
• Bored concrete piers for foundation stability.
• Structural steel framing for load distribution.
• Timber structural carpentry for finish and flexibility.

• Construction of enclosed rooms beneath the tiered seating for:
• Music practice suites.
• Secure storage zones.

Program Delivery

• Completed during a narrow school holiday window.
• Precise coordination and accelerated programming ensured handover well ahead of the scheduled reopening.

Outcome The upgraded auditorium now combines functional elegance with enhanced acoustic and spatial usability—enriching the school’s arts curriculum and performance capability.
