One of our first projects for Hillbrook School was the major overhaul of their prep rooms over the Christmas School Holidays. Due to the short time frame and large volume of work, the architect for the job put our company’s name forward as one of the only suitable builders to carry it out. The short timeframe existed because the centre had to be fully certified and up and running before the school term commenced. Despite this deadline, the work was all carried out completely and ready to go on time. The project itself was relatively simple, consisting of basic internal gutting and refurbishment, inclusive of new in-ground plumbing. The external façade was updated. And the external play areas were all removed and refreshed with soft fall as per the new legislation.
